Issue of being disconnected automatically in the middle of conversation of Live Support has been fixed. It won't disconnect anybody until the session of conversation between Operator and User ends. Thank you for your reports.

We have implemented new feature on our system. The website will show only 10 recent announcements. No more manual prune of the announcement box. This will make job easier for us, and make website much cleaner and prettier. This will also affect Tweet Feeds but with larger amount of displayed feeds.

Our gateway has been fixed and updated with fresh offers. Now, you may continue using our services with ease. Sorry for this delay and short downtime of gateway, but sometime it happens. If it occurs again some day, we will maintain it more often.
